How are you and your colleagues celebrating this season?
For many, Christmas is a time to come together but, with 40% of our members scheduled to work over the festive period, we know a lot of you will also be sharing it with your work colleagues.
Whether you’re making plans around your shifts, arranging a festive fuddle or surprising a workmate with a silly Secret Santa gift; we’ve been asking members on Instagram how you and your team are celebrating this Christmas.
Spreading the festive spirit
Though seasonal pressures on our services may mean Christmas parties can be harder to plan, Secret Santas still appear to be a seasonal staple for our members and many of you are finding ways to enjoy time with your team.
Keri-Ann, who works for Great Ormond Street Hospital, told us her team are planning a Secret Santa and have “amazing decorations outside the main entrance” to help visitors feel a little lighter over the festive season.
Kerrie, at QE Birmingham, on the other hand, told us that her team ‘have a cute little 4ft tree up which they all adore’ while Ann, who works as part of the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, is looking forward to going out for food and drinks with her team.
A little something extra just for you!
Our team are all about giving and we love that we can be here to help you save on your shopping by delivering you savings on everything from top tech gifts to stocking fillers.

Embracing the cheese
From blow-up Santas and shiny tinsel to sparkling penguins and super kitschy model villages, we all have our own style when it comes to celebrating the holidays.
Anna May - who works in children's residential care – is enjoying “lots of sparkling decorations and fun activities” with her residents whereas foster parent, Lorraine, is doing her best to “make it as tacky as possible so as to see her foster children’s faces light up.”
Save on special moments
‘Tis the season when families get together to share stories, gifts and indulgent treats.
Our members may be fitting family-time around their work requirements but that just makes the quality time you do arrange even more precious.
