Q) I have not received my card yet
A) The high street card account is an upgrade from the free account. This is a one off fee of £5 for a lifetime membership and grants access to the high street card companies. This can be found by clicking Upgrade. Once you have bought this you will receive your card in the post and can see how to claim your high street offers. You will also receive your code to get 10 free Blockbuster movie rentals.
If you have already upgraded your account and are waiting for your card please contact the Blue Light Card Team to make sure that it has been sent.
Q) The offer was not accepted in store
A) Please check the offer on our website to ensure that firstly it is a high street card offer - it may be that it is an online offer and if so it is not available on the high street. Secondly please check the conditions of the high street offer - it may be that you have to quote a reference as well as show your card or hand in a leaflet too - please log in to the website and check the offer details. If you have checked these and have still had a problem in store then please contact us and we will contact the company to find out why this has occurred.
