Terms and Conditions

Emergency Treats Competition
  1. Blue Light Card members can only nominate themselves and their team to win and Emergency Treat gift box. (We note that your reason for wanting the boxes will not form part of the competition, as this is a random gift giveaway)
  2. To enter the gift giveaway, the entrant must be a valid Blue Light Card member, be aged at least 18 years or older and UK based to qualify, but their team members do not need to be a Blue Light Card member.
  3. The winners will be chosen at random from the entries and must be able to prove eligibility with a valid Blue Light Card in their name.
  4. There will be a random draw every month to pick winners on the last day of every month. There will be up to 3 winners per draw round.
  5. Entrants can enter the competition more than once, but if an entrant wins then their name will be withdrawn for subsequent draws (i.e., an entrant cannot win more than once).
  6. A winner will receive Emergency Treats gift boxes as detailed in their nominations ("Prize"), which will be up to a maximum of 20 boxes per winner.
  7. Blue Light Card (via a chosen third-party fulfilment provider) will distribute the prizes to winners.
  8. The prizes will be sent to the winners by post as soon as is practicable and not later than 14 days after the winners have been drawn and claimed.
  9. Once winning members have been contacted via direct message by Blue Light Card, they must reply accordingly within 48 working hours or their prize will be forfeited, and Blue Light Card will be entitled to re-draw another winner.
  10. No purchase necessary.
  11. Only one entry per person will be counted per team.
  12. Blue Light Card employees or anyone related to a Blue Light Card employee are not permitted to enter this competition
  13. Entries on somebody else's behalf will not be accepted.
  14. Competition is being run via Blue Light Card website at: www.bluelightcard.co.uk/emergency-treats.php.
  15. Competition prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  16. Blue Light Card's decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  17. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or associated with any social media platform including Facebook or Instagram.
  18. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Blue Light Card reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  19. The competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  20. Blue Light Card will process any personal information it receives in connection with this giveaway competition in accordance with our Privacy Notice, which is available here: https://www.bluelightcard.co.uk/privacy-notice.php
  21. A winner may be asked to take part in publicity related to the giveaway competition. We will discuss this with winning entrants directly.
